Margam! The Path

Margam is a word from the Sanskrit language.  Margam in Sanskrit  means, The Path and in the Indian classical dance form 'Bharatanatyam ' it means, one full definite course where in the dancer performs the dance items in a particular order.  After learning the entire margam, the dancer is equipped with the basic knowledge of the dance form. The sequence of  margam show cases each skill in order: preciseness, expression, and endurance.

Our goal at Margam, is to spread the knowledge of dance in a way that it becomes a part of your  life and a source of constant joy.

We would like to invite you all to embark on your journey of dance with Margam
